A demonstration as to how dramatic natural lighting had on the inside of the church.

Being in a spiritual structure, there were certain areas that had an otherworldly and secretive feel to them.

The pupils went down into the crypt, where the usage of colors, the quality of light, and the variation in height were all particularly visible.

Before visiting La Tourette, the students studied about and researched these unusual window frames. It was an amazing experience for the students to attend.

During their visit, students have their own time to document and explore different architectural components through this building’s experience.

Students were inspired by the bold lines found throughout the complex and defied gravity with some artificial line making of their own. While exploring this architecture, the students made a significant step back in time, and as a result, their design future will be brighter as an outcome.
